It features Apple’s newest S10 SiP (System in Package), as well as FDA-cleared sleep apnea detection and a range of fitness-centric features. Some of those — such as the new Vitals app and the ability to pause your Activity Rings — come courtesy of watchOS 11 as opposed to the new hardware, though they’re welcome all the same.
