VS Code has been my default code editor for years, but lately, tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Google Antigravity have made it feel old-fashioned.

With how fast AI companies have been iterating, we're now at the point of this technology where all the feature launches sound like variations on the same thing. No matter how often you use AI, one term that has surely made it to your daily vocabulary is "prompt," and it's become such a reflex that every new feature gets quietly filed as just another way to prompt.

I've never been a fan of the Start menu in Windows 11 because it always felt like a mix of what I want and what Microsoft thinks I want. VSCO is taking on Adobe with a new Studio Pro editing app rolling out today on iOS and coming to macOS later this year, as Bloomberg reports. At launch, the app offers tools for batch editing, style matching from a reference image, and sharing images through VSCO Galleries. VSCO says more features are coming later, including support for RAW images, advanced export options, and additional advanced editing tools like adjusting image aspect ratios. Bambu Lab makes some of the easiest 3D printers to recommend because the whole experience feels unusually polished. The printer, slicer, mobile app, cloud connection, filament system, and profiles work together to quickly reduce friction. That matters, especially when you're tired of treating every print as a small research project. Not too long ago, you needed a high-end GPU to play games at 4K while maintaining smooth frame rates. In fact, native 4K gaming can still be very demanding on some of the fastest GPUs on the market today, like the RTX 5090 and 4090.
