HDR on Windows has never really been consistent. It tends to vary a lot depending on your monitor, the game you’re playing, and sometimes even your GPU drivers. Even when everything is on point, Windows itself can still be unpredictable, which makes HDR on PC feel like an afterthought at best. And if that wasn’t enough, if you’re someone who loves using frame generation despite all the hate it gets, it can also cause issues with the native HDR implementation in some t**les. I experienced this very recently while playing 007 First Light.
