When Intel unveiled the Arc Pro B70 and Arc Pro B65 GPUs, it also left hardware enthusiasts with a special kind of frustration that's reserved for hardware that exists just outside their reach. Not because they're too expensive (although the Arc Pro B70's $949 MSRP hardly puts it in the impulse-purchase territory), but because they were never meant for the average consumer in the first place.
