Playstack Now that Balatro is out on mobile, I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. And while it’s a great game, its tutorial doesn’t do the best job of setting you up for the kind of success necessary to hook you. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is all the rage nowadays, and the cost of entry for experimenting with AI Large Language Models (LLMs) has dropped considerably along the way. As a matter of fact, you can even install several LLMs on the diminutive and inexpensive Raspberry Pi 5. Raspberry Pi offers its own AI kit, an M.2 HAT with a Hailo AI acceleration module, but thats not the only game in town. Having a monitor is essential to finishing up any computing setup, but the tricky thing is that there is no best monitor for every user. Whether you want it for gaming, a professional workspace, or a blend of the two, finding the right monitor for your needs is tricky. There are multiple panel types to choose from, differing sizes, aspect ratios and refresh rates, and connectivity options to consider. Some monitor specifications are firmly in the "nice-to-have" camp, though, so these are the seven features I decide first when I've got the itch to upgrade my monitors.

The rising popularity of PC gaming handhelds has uncovered one big issue with the operating system used on most of them. That's Windows, in case you had doubts, and the issue is that Microsoft's finest operating system isn't nice to use on a smaller screen. Every PC gaming handheld we've reviewed that isn't a Steam Deck, from the ROG Ally, the ROG Ally X, the Legion Go, and devices from Onexplayer and Ayaneo all came with a similar sentiment. Nice hardware; shame about the operating system. But it doesn't have to be this way. Microsoft has shown in the past that it knows how to make a mobile OS or one built for touchscreens, and the possibility of a Windows version for handheld gaming consoles is very exciting to me.

Hixson on Friday denied the company’s request for more time to produce 1.3 million documents related to App Store changes it made in January to comply with a 2021 court order. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, who presided over the Epic lawsuit that resulted in those changes, told Apple’s legal team on May 31st it would need to produce all documents related to how it decided the new App Store rules after Epic challenged them. The company is also launching a new security bulletin to maintain “transparent and proactive communication” with users and researchers on bug fixes and reports.These security revisions followed a devastating bug a researcher found and reported to the company that would’ve allowed bad actors to insert arbitrary code into anyone’s browser just by knowing their easily findable user ID.
