For those of us who keep up with technology, its inevitable that were going to update our monitor or our TV at some point. Maybe youre finally building your dream PC, and youre upgrading to the bleeding-edge 240Hz monitor, or youre upgrading your TV in your nerd cave. The point is, even if you dont have a spare display lying around at the moment, you probably will sometime in the near future once you upgrade, so why not put an old display to good use?

Network-attached storage (NAS) is exactly as the name implies storage connected to a network and available to clients on that network. A NAS enclosure is a small server made by brands such as Synology, Asustor, and TerraMaster, which only requires a storage drive (or a few) to get up and running. They also come with their operating systems and support but cost considerably more than building your own NAS from PC parts and installing a custom OS. Which is better depends on what you plan on using the NAS for.

Unless you're seeking the highest framerates possible or want to build a powerful workstation, even the best CPUs aren't something that most people get very excited about. Sure, it's cool to see a lot of cores and high clock speeds, but most of us just want to play games, and you don't need anything too special for that. Having said that, this is exactly why we can tell when a truly great CPU comes along; it gives us a reason to get excited about a component that usually isn't as important.

The Windows May event's main attraction was the introduction of Copilot+ PCs, but the company also showed off its Windows-on-Arm devices. During the event, Adobe confirmed that some of its apps would use Arm hardware in June, which shows that, amidst the AI gold rush, Microsoft still wants to get Windows-on-Arm off the ground. Now, a website has popped up that will let you know if a game will play ball with your Windows on Arm machines.
