Nakasone, a retired general of the US Army and a former head of the National Security Agency (NSA), to its board of directors, the company announced on Thursday. Nakasone, who was nominated to lead the NSA by former President Donald Trump, directed the agency from 2018 until February of this year. Microsoft's Recall feature has been nothing short of a PR nightmare. Announced as part of its Copilot+ suite of AI features, it was set to arrive on new hardware that's going to ship on June 18. And now, it's being delayed indefinitely. In an update to a blog post, the company says that in the coming weeks, it's going to begin testing Recall with Windows Insiders who opt to try it, before rolling it out broadly.

These days, you might be used to diving into the Windows 11 Settings app or the Task Manager for things like checking on your disks and even killing unresponsive apps. But, before we had fancy graphical user interfaces on Windows, you had to use the Command Prompt and a command-line environment.
