The icon looked like it would be the icon for a hypothetical mobile version of the game, the listing had screenshots that looked like they were indeed from Blue Prince, and the description for the game matched the description on Steam.But on the iOS clone’s listing, the game’s seller was listed as “Samet Altinay,” and I can’t find any connection between this person and Blue Prince outside of this app. The copyright was also attributed to “DogBomb” — notice the missing “u.”I purchased the now-removed, unofficial version of Blue Prince, which cost $9.99, and installed it on my iPhone 16 Pro to test it out. In a few minutes of playing, it appeared to be a barely modified version of the actual Blue Prince game, though with a few tweaks to make it better-suited for mobile, like a virtual joystick. I also quickly ran into a major bug: when I tried to walk through one of the doors from the Entrance Hall, I fell through the floor.Apple didn’t immediately reply to a request for comment. Before the listing was pulled, the unofficial mobile port was the #8 paid app in the Entertainment category on iOS. When I published the article, it only had one three-star review, with the writer saying they also hit a bug that caused them to fall through the floor. In 2019, DJI insisted to me that it wasn’t killing off the Phantom, its iconic line of oft-imitated drones that turned the Chinese company into the powerhouse it is today. And yet, DJI has just announced the end of life for its final two Phantom drones — the Phantom 4 Pro and Phantom 4 Advanced — with no new Phantom models in sight.According to a support page, DJI actually produced its last Phantom in May 2018, and will now suspend service for its final two Phantom models on June 1st, 2025. Kickstarter is launching a new “Tariff Manager” tool that will allow creators to apply a surcharge to projects after their campaign has ended, as spotted earlier by 404 Media. The tool is supposed to help creators deal with “rising costs” and import fees as a result of President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs.If a creator’s project is affected by tariffs, they can submit a request through Kickstarter and then apply per-item surcharges to backers with US shipping addresses. Kickstarter will include the extra fee in a separate line on a backer’s payment page. The platform says the tool is “weeks away” from rolling out.“We understand that asking backers to pay an additional fee — especially after a campaign has ended — can be sensitive,” Kickstarter writes. Backers who decide not to pay the fee will have to reach out to creators directly to come up with a solution, such as adjusting their pledge or getting a refund, according to Kickstarter.Larger campaigns have addressed the tariffs head-on, like the one for Peak Design’s Roller Pro Carry-On, which says it has “made the decision to not add any additional tariff charges to your pledges.” But this campaign has received more than $13 million in pledges, and smaller projects might not be able to cover import fees with pledges alone. DHL Express is resuming shipments of packages valued over $800 that are bound for consumers in the US, Reuters reports. The international shipping company had suspended the shipments last week due to “a surge in formal customs clearances” amidst the Trump administration’s sweeping tariffs on international goods.Effective today, business-to-consumer shipments valued between $800 and $2,500 have resumed and are back to the standard “informal” entry process for clearance, according to DHL.
