I stopped using OneNote and Google Keep so I could host my own notes – and I love it
My self-hosting journey has seen some ups and downs. Although I replaced several productivity apps with their self-hosted rivals, I kept coming back to OneNote (and sometimes, Google Keep) for my notes. I tried everything, from Joplin, Outline, Blinko, and even AppFlowy, but none of them felt robust enough to ditch my cloud convenience. And then I came across Docmost, and it changed everything.
