I'm not sure about you, but when I looked at all of the stuff Microsoft announced during Ignite 2024, it was less of an ignition and more like a pail of cold water being dumped onto some embers. Windows 11 is a great operating system, and I love using it, even with all the flaws it might have. But one of the great things about WIndows is how many tools are out there to enhance its functionality and make it even better. Among them, Stardock's Fences is one of the more interesting apps around.

My workload doesnt allow me to exclusively use macOS, so Im forced to use both macOS and Windows 11 for my daily productivity. Both naturally excel in different ways. However, during my Windows usage, I find myself wanting to reach for a few creature comforts offered by macOS. There are just certain things that Microsoft has yet to get right with Windows, and they can definitely take some inspiration from their competitors. The extension was first spotted in the code of the Google app in June, and now it’s rolling out to compatible Android devices, as reported by 9to5Google.Gemini can play music found by song titles, artist names, album names, playlist names, or for a particular activity, but at the moment, it won’t create playlists or radio stations on Spotify.
