Logitech’s Circle View Doorbell and Circle View Camera, an indoor/outdoor security camera, are still being manufactured and sold — despite a comment from Logitech’s CEO saying she thought they were “pretty much gone,” although she would need to “double-check.”The Circle View lineup represents two of just a handful of security cameras compatible with Apple’s HomeKit Secure Video service. Snapdragon X Elite has been a fantastic breath of fresh air for Windows laptops, and with AMD's Zen 5 looking to be pretty power efficient as well, it's an exciting time to be a Windows fan. However, there's a piece missing from the equation, and that's Intel. While Meteor Lake has been fine, it didn't exactly manage to achieve anything special. The claims that Intel is making around Lunar Lake and its efficiency when compared to Arm are truly exciting, though.

The ruling theoretically applies to land borders, seaports, and airports — but in practice, it only applies to New York’s Eastern District. That’s not nothing, though, since the district includes John F. Kennedy Airport in Queens, the sixth-busiest airport in the country. Nationwide, CBP has conducted more than 230,000 searches of electronic devices between the 2018 and 2023 fiscal years at land borders, seaports, and airports, according to its publicly available enforcement statistics. When Google, along with a consortium of other companies, announced the open-source operating system we call Android way back in 2007, the world was paying attention. The iPhone had launched the same year, and the entire mobile space was wary of the rush of excitement around the admittedly revolutionary device. AOSP (Android Open Source Project) was born, and within a few years Android swallowed up market share with phones of all shapes and sizes from manufacturers all over the globe. Android eventually found its way into TVs, fridges, washing machines, cars, and the in-flight entertainment system of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

It's been a good number of years since 5G made its first splash in the mobile phone market, and it's slowly replacing the older technologies as the de facto for mobile data. In response, companies are developing entry-level devices that give people access to 5G speeds without breaking the bank. Now, Qualcomm is leading the push with its new Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 mobile platform, which it hopes will bring faster connections to people around the world, no matter their budget.

AI characters in Instagram. | Meta Meta is opening up the ability for anyone in the US to create AI versions of themselves in Instagram or on the web, with a new tool called AI Studio. The pitch is that creators and business owners will use these AI profiles to talk to their followers on their behalf. They’ll be able to talk directly with humans in chat threads and respond to comments on their author’s account. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super is a powerful graphics card for those who want to max out their games at 1440p or delve into some 4K experiences. It's not cheap, but I've compiled a list of some of my favorite aftermarket GPUs. I've always recommended buying the most expensive GPU you can afford to avoid upgrading sooner and the RTX 4070 Ti Super has more cores, an increased frame bugger, and a 256-bit memory bus compared to the RTX 4070 Ti, so it should run notably faster. If you're building a capable gaming system and need a new graphics card, any of the following from my shortlist would make for a killer PC.

You're going to get better value from a desktop gaming PC, but if you're someone that doesn't have a lot of space, or wants to take their PC gaming action with them while on the go, then there's no better option than going with a gaming laptop. Of course, you could also go with a PC gaming handheld, but the sheer power of a gaming laptop is going to go unmatched. With that said, the only hurdle here is that gaming laptops don't come cheap. And if you're in the market for one, you'll know how expensive they can be.

The best Apple Watch models have been waterproof for years, so you can wear them while swimming or showering without running into any problems. However, a feature called Water Lock can be switched on for extra protection. While Apple changed the way Water Lock works with watchOS 9, it is still found in earlier watchOS versions as well as in the latest watchOS 11.
