PC gaming handhelds have been all the rage over the past year, and while Valve's Steam Deck is still on top, competitors are trying to close the gap by delivering follow-up devices at a rapid pace. We've heard some rumors of new devices on the horizon, but Asus was the first to strike with its recently launched ROG Ally X, which is now already available for sale.

Ducky is a company that youve probably heard of in the peripherals space, specifically for keyboards. The company makes high-quality mechanical keyboards of all shapes and sizes, and at this years Computex, I found the most beautiful keyboard Ive ever seen. Its Duckys Year of the Dragon Edition, but you probably wont ever be able to buy it.

It’s integrated with Raspberry Pi’s camera software and can run AI-based applications like chatbots natively on the tiny computer. Raspberry Pi partnered with chipmaker Hailo for its AI Kit, which is an add-on for its Raspberry Pi 5 microcomputer that will run Hailo’s Hailo-8L M.2 accelerator. At Computex 2024, Intel and AMD both announced new families of x86 laptop processors, which include NPUs that can get up to 48 TOPS or 50 TOPS, respectively. While well in excess of the Copilot+ requirements that Microsoft set for its new AI PC initiative, devices with these chips actually won't ship with the suite of features.

However, Snowflake says there’s no evidence its platform is at fault. Aptoide’s iOS game store is being released via a closed launch on Thursday, with access initially restricted to users with invitation-only access codes. As reported previously by CNBC, the mixed reality department working on HoloLens 2 is one of the areas affected. Ahead of Computex, Intel held its Intel Tech Tour in Taipei, where it broke down the details of its upcoming mobile processors, codenamed Lunar Lake. The new chips are designed to achieve a wide variety of goals, from better efficiency to on-device AI. Indeed, the company specifically said that it wants to "bust the myth that x86 can't be as efficient as Arm".
